What People Are Saying About My Mentoring Sessions

“Mentoring with Jen has inspired such an ongoing love affair with film photography.  Whether it’s how to meter a particular film or how to further my photography interests, Jen always listens and gives great advice.  I’ve learned so much about films, metering, and composition from Jen.  With Jen’s help, I’ve managed to make good film and camera choices so that I can indulge in film photography and not break my budget.”  ~Kim Lane

“Jen is a natural-born teacher.  A little-known fact is that she once was one!  Her love of learning is surpassed only by her love of teaching and sharing all that she’s learned with those around her.  I have been fortunate to have Jen on speed dial spending countless hours talking film with her.  You’re going to love her!” ~Ingrid Rivera

“Since I started shooting with film, I’ve been struggling with my color film turning out. It has just downright sucked! This is where Jen comes in. Along with a lot of encouragement and having her look at my portfolio, she was extremely helpful in getting me to understand how to make my color film look great. Best of all I felt like I was chatting with my best friend the entire time. She came to our session completely prepared to thoroughly answer every.single.question I had. I am so thankful for her and her encouragement!” ~Christine Foehrkolb
